1. Shipping Information

At Devibngrant, we take great pride in delivering your order quickly and securely. Once your purchase is confirmed, our logistics team begins processing your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard international shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, while express delivery options may arrive sooner.

Please note that unexpected events such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or global shipping delays may occasionally extend delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these rare situations. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders, depending on your country or promotional offers available at the time of purchase. For countries or regions not covered by our standard shipping policy, additional fees may apply. All taxes and duties imposed by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your Devibngrant purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned product.
